Alijah Tapia Co-Founder
Meet Alijah Tapia, he is the co-founder of Golden Ratio Investment Group. He is currently based in California, and is always ready to connect with new people to build great relationships.
Prior to creating the Golden Ratio, he has been teaching math for nearly 5 years for grades 8-11th. He is passion has always been for math and helping younger generations find their way. He spends a lot of his time doing small DIY's on his home, and a lot of time with his family creating lifelong memories.
Now he is focusing on building a real estate business to work with others on investing in multifamily properties to meet financial goals. In reading many Bigger Pocket investment books, he realized that we don't have to work till we are 65 using out 9-5 jobs, but we can buy our time back through real estate.

Martha Hernandez Co-Founder
Martha Hernandez is the founder of Golden Ratio Investment Group, a multifamily investment group dedicated to helping everyday investors build passive income and generational wealth through real estate syndications. While actively leading the company, Martha also serves as a current high school math teacher, bringing the same patience, analytical skills, and clarity to real estate investing that she brings to the classroom.
Her passion for financial education and community-building drives her mission to make multifamily investing accessible and transparent for busy professionals and first-time investors. Drawing on her background as an educator, Martha is committed to guiding investors through each stage of the syndication process with clarity, integrity, and a people-first approach.
